Milik Toi Policies

Terms / Conditions

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the below terms and conditions (T&C's). The below T&C's and any subsequent T&C's issued by Milik Toi (MCMXVII Pty Ltd) will apply to all orders for the goods and/or services purchased by the Buyer. T&C's are subject to changing at any time and are therefore best reviewed at the time of making a purchase, as any order made by the Buyer shall be deemed to be an acceptance of these conditions.

Warranty

When you buy a Milik Toi piece, starting from the date of purchase, each piece is protected by a 3 months limited warranty under the below conditions:

item is found defective in material or workmanship under normal use
item has an issue other than normal wear and tear, e.g. metal tarnishing,
item must not have been mishandled and was cared for as the Care Instructions of that particular material requires, e.g. proper storage and handling of the piece
item must not have been damaged due to irregular use or conditions

Domestic Buyers

In the event that your piece meets the warranty conditions, Milik Toi will offer the below options:

Fix the piece
Alter the element(s) of the piece with said issue, potentially changing the design upon the Buyer's approval of changes
In the case of the product not being able to be fixed, Milik Toi will issue a voucher for the value of the product to be used towards another purchase
Replace the product with a comparable product free of charge

Domestic buyers will have a shipment arranged for and paid by Milik Toi.

International Buyers

In the event that your piece meets the warranty conditions, Milik Toi will offer the below options:

Milik Toi will issue a voucher for the value of the product to be used towards another purchase
Replace the product with a comparable product free of charge

International shipments for replacement items will not be covered by Milik Toi at this time.

Returns / Exchanges

Returns and / or Exchanges can be granted within 14 days from receipt of your purchase, i.e. within 14 days after the invoice date for in-person purchases and within 14 days from confirmed receipt of parcel delivery.

Because of the one of a kind nature of each piece, a return or exchange will only be accepted if the product is returned in the same pristine condition it was shipped in, is unused and in its original packaging.

In the case of an accepted return / exchange, all costs related to the return / exchange will be paid for by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Customer must return items using a trackable shipping method, so both parties are able to confirm delivery. It is suggested to insure the shipment, as Milik Toi will not be responsible for the loss or mishandling of any goods sent by the customer during the shipping process.

Upon receipt of the returned shipment, each piece will undergo quality control, wherein the Milik Toi team reserves the right to make a final decision regarding the return / exchange.

Custom Designs

In the case of custom design consultations, the consultation is nonrefundable if cancelled within 48 hours of receiving a confirmed request by the Milik Toi team.

All custom items are final sale after the design has been confirmed by the Milik Toi team.
